We're looking for a
UX/UI Designer
who can think sharp, create effortlessly, and deliver digital quality that is ahead of the curve. You understand design as both a system and a feeling. You'll collaborate with developers, strategists, and other creatives on projects that range from brand activations to interactive platforms.

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality UX/UI work across branding, products, and platforms
  • Translate insights into clear
    flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces
  • Experiment with AI-driven tools
    to streamline design and push creative outcomes
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all design deliverables
  • Work closely with developers and strategists to bring concepts into production
  • Stay ahead of trends and new tools, translating them into fresh design concepts
  • Contribute to creative pitches and proposals with design thinking and visuals

  • You have a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for detail
  • You thrive in fast-moving, digital environments
  • You are curious about new technologies and AI-driven design workflows
  • You think from the user's perspective and turn strategy into visually convincing solutions
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and communicate ideas clearly

What you bring

Must-haves

  • Solid experience in digital design (UX/UI, Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, motion, and 3D fundamentals)
  • Affinity with tools like After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, or Maya
  • Experience working in a digital agency or similar creative environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly
  • Fluent in English; ability to work in Dutch is a strong plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in creative pitches or client presentations
  • Recognition through awards or a standout portfolio
  • Interest in storytelling, branding, and mentoring soft skills
