What you will do

Maintenance operations:

• Execute and/or supervise maintenance and calibrations per approved procedures

• Asset and maintenance management

• Track inventory of maintenance related (spare) parts

Maintenance management:

• (Co-) drawing up and realising the maintenance policy

• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

• Monitoring the agreements contained in maintenance contracts. Signal and take action if the agreements are not followed

• Providing information to Head of F&S for the preparation of (multiannual) plans, budgets and reports

Other:

• On-call or on-site fault services (outside regular working hours 24/7)

• Provides logistical support as a backup during absence of the Warehouse /Logistics Operator

• Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations

• Oversee, coordinate and direct all facilities and installation projects from beginning to end on scope, schedule and budget

• Represent the F&S department during NecstGen projects

What we ask

• Secondary vocational education in maintenance, engineering or related field.

• Proven work experience in a GMP environment in a similar role 

• Good knowledge of maintenance and engineering processes.

• NEN 3140 certification is preferred.

• Ability to plan and see the "big picture".

• Good time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A salary between €3575,- and €5231,- per month based on full-time employment

• 8% holiday allowance

• Permanent 13th month

• 25 holidays with a fulltime employment of 36 hours per week

• Commuting allowance (from 10 km) of € 0,23 per km and public transport is fully reimbursed
