About the Company

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company committed to improving patient outcomes through innovation, quality, and operational excellence. They are seeking a hands-on and strategic Operations Manager to lead their logistics and warehousing operations in Eindhoven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management
    • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, storage, and inventory control.
    • Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice), GMP, and other regulatory standards.
    • Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics coordinators.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Process Optimization
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Production teams to streamline workflows.
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Ensure all operations comply with pharmaceutical regulations, health & safety standards, and internal SOPs.
    • Lead audits and inspections related to warehousing and distribution.
  • Systems & Reporting
    • Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP integrations.
    • Generate and analyze reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and operational performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations and cold chain logistics.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
