More about the role

As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and brand strategy for Signify MyCreation. You will oversee European sales operations and global marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs and business objectives. You will also be the brand steward for MyCreation, driving awareness, engagement, and performance across all channels and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the European sales team (5 FTEs), ensuring delivery of revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee global marketing operations (5 FTEs in Europe + 3 in the US), including brand governance, campaign execution, and digital engagement.

  • Drive accountability across the team using KPIs from the Sales Professional, Sales Consumer, and Marketing categories.

  • Collaborate with US-based marketing reports to leverage the Prentalux brand within Cooper Lighting and align with Genlyte, Lightolier, and Daybrite strategies.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.

  • Represent the MyCreation brand internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution.

  • Report on performance, insights, and opportunities to senior leadership.

More about you

  • Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in managing sales accountability above €10M annually.

  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more across multiple geographies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital analytics to drive marketing and sales performance.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a passion for innovation.
