What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities
As the crucial link for new high-potential companies, you'll serve as a
trusted advisor
and execution expert, empowering clients to utilize digital advertising fully. Your main goals will be to cultivate strong relationships, maximize product usage,
minimize customer churn
, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Key deliverables include:
- PPC Campaign Development: Onboarding a dedicated portfolio of new customers and designing, implementing, and managing high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns that achieve measurable results.
- Proactive Client Outreach: Initiating outbound engagement—primarily via phone—to deeply understand client objectives and offer customized, relevant digital advertising solutions.
- Strategic Setup: Ensuring campaigns are set up strategically to deliver both immediate impact and long-term client success.
- Revenue Generation: Taking ownership of increasing client advertising spend by actively identifying and converting upselling opportunities.
- High-Volume Management: Successfully managing a high daily volume of client and prospect interactions while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Database Integrity: Accurately maintaining and updating a comprehensive customer database within the CRM system.
What You'll Need to Bring: Candidate Profile
To thrive in this challenging role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Language Fluency: Native-level or C2 fluency in Dutch is mandatory, along with C2 fluency in English.
- Professional Background: A minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with significant prior experience in high-pressure, client-facing roles.
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) degree is required; a Master's degree (MA/MSc) in Marketing or Communications is strongly preferred.
- System Expertise: Strong, demonstrable experience in managing and improving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Technological Adaptability: Proven ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflow and leverage resulting insights to personalize outreach.
- Personal Drive: A self-motivated and proactive individual with a confident, resilient approach to achieving targets.
- Business Insight: Strong business acumen with the capacity to analyze market trends and contribute valuable strategic insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly and persuasively articulating complex ideas.
