As a SailPoint Developer , you will:
  • Be responsible for end-to-end onboarding of business applications into the landscape, from intake to acceptance.
  • Validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements for application onboarding in line with IT principles, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Work with application owners to integrate their systems using standard onboarding patterns, and determine technical needs for non-standard applications.
  • Configure and integrate applications into SailPoint Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) using standard IAM functionality.
  • Actively participate in Scrum and SAFe events, contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and integration through collaboration with the SailPoint platform team and CI/CD pipeline utilization.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: 6–8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and 1+ year of hands-on experience with SailPoint IGA.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, authorization management processes, and security policy frameworks.
  • Hands-on integration experience with SailPoint and technologies such as LDAP, REST/SOAP web services, SCIM, databases, SaaS platforms (Okta), Workday, and SAP Suite.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure environments, and Linux servers.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies and working collaboratively in DevOps teams.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Identify, design, and implement new standard onboarding patterns that improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Engage effectively with application owners and stakeholders to assess onboarding requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently while ensuring compliance standards.
  • Drive process improvements through automation and standardization across onboarding activities.
