Cisco Technical Marketing Engineer

The Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) for the Comstor Central Team is responsible for enabling our resellers and our sales and vendor success teams across EMEA to provide the best-in-class Cisco cross-architecture solutions. You will develop comprehensive tailored solutions and trainings that will support our key Cisco business outcomes and showcase the benefits of driving multi-portfolio technologies with our resellers. This role ensures that our regional teams can provide a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams as well as increasing our technology skill set.
The TME requires a deep understanding of Cisco's cross-architecture solutions, including Security, Networking, Collaboration, Cloud & AI, and Observability, and must focus on building trainings, demo's, collaterals, playbooks and videos to increase the adoption of our business outcomes with our internal sellers, resellers and end-customers.
Strategic Vendor Engagement & Program Development:
* Support strategic goals and priorities for Comstor's Cisco engagement, ensuring alignment with Cisco's global objectives.
* Develop and support scalable vendor programs, activities, and playbooks to drive partner success.
Partner Enablement and certification:
* Support the regional adoption and acceleration of central programs and initiatives.
* Build and deliver high impactful trainings and demonstrations including TTT sessions for our regional teams and resellers.
* Provide effective knowledge transfer from the Central Team to local Vendor Success Managers (VSMs) and Partner Success Managers (PSMs).
Cross-Architecture & Business Outcomes:
* Manage and promote Cisco's solutions across Security, Networking, Collaboration, Cloud & AI, and Observability.
* Build high quality collaterals, playbooks and videos to create awareness on our key business outcomes and Cisco GTM programs.
* Contribute in different (TechXpert-Webex spaces) blogs, forums and partner conferences
Strategy and planning:
* Support our VSM's with our GTM strategy and new product launches.
* Support our VSMM's with delivering input on driving key campaigns (NPI, LDOs, upsell and cross sell)
Market research:
* Execute regular market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities to support our reseller needs.
* Monitor competitive vendors to a align our solutions and keep competitive edge.
* Build and use customer success stories to amplify our solution messaging and business outcomes.
Business Impact:
* Revenu growth:
o The combined effects of new market penetration, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
o Attracting new resellers with comprehensive solutions.
* Customer retention and loyalty:
o Enhanced support on driving business outcomes for key partners.
o Developing and delivering high impactful webinars and trainings.
* Profitability, rebate and invest programs:
o Secure new fundings by developing new solution programs.
o Securing rebates within invest and OBF programs by delivering key activities.
Collaboration & Enablement:
* Work closely with the Vendor Success Marketing Manager (VSMM) and Partner Marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
* Coordinate with regional teams to provide training, enablement, and best practices for Cisco program adoption.
* Foster strong relationships with Cisco's central and regional teams to align execution strategies.
* Support our quarterly plans with pro-active input and business analyses
* Enable our central and local teams with in depth knowledge to support our customer needs and identify business needs.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
* Deep understanding of Cisco's global strategy, partner programs, and cross-architecture solutions.
* Proven experience in delivering trainings, webinars and events.
* Strong presentation skills to build and deliver impactful videos and presentations
* Ability to provide strong sales support and in-depth knowledge transfer
* Multi-vendor interest to build integrated labs and support our 3D lab environment.
* Programming and coding skills to support our generic sales Chatbots and lab environment.

Qualifications
* Minimum level of Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, pre-sales or professional services role within the IT industry.
* Experience working with Cisco or similar vendors is highly desirable.
Operating Environment
* Office based role with occasional travel to meet with Cisco and regional teams.
* Strong collaboration with Central and regional Vendor Success Managers , marketing teams and EMEA leadership.
