Content Marketing Intern
As Content Creation Intern, you will focus on storytelling and engaging BYBORRE's online community. Guided by our Brand & Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in content creation and digital marketing, with a focus on creating compelling stories that drive engagement and inspire meaningful connections with our community members.

The Content Creation internship is a full-time, 6-month internship position for talents to gain working experience in the Marketing field. You will be part of our Commercial team, reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager. Growing your knowledge about content- and digital marketing, you will get the opportunity to experience working in our fast-moving textile innovation studio and become part of something bigger.

What You'll Be Doing
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Contribute creative ideas to our content marketing strategies, with a focus on developing engaging written and visual content for our online channels, in line with the brand's identity and tone of voice.
• Engage with our online community by interacting with messages, comments, and inquiries on various digital platforms, building a positive and supportive brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our content initiatives, reporting back on community sentiment and engagement, and providing recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives – further engaging the community through compelling storytelling and content distribution.
• Assist in setting up email flows, automations, and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of relevant content to subscribers and optimizing for engagement and conversions.

Learning objectives

• Refine your storytelling skills across different formats and channels (social media, website, mailing).
• Gain hands-on experience in content planning, creation, and distribution, leveraging various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Build, moderate and scale an online community, developing a deep understanding of audience engagement metrics and how to use data to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
• Adapt brand tone of voice and messaging across various content formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.
• Develop your ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment, receiving feedback and iterating on your work to achieve optimal results.
• Gain experience in reporting and analyzing performance analytics.
• Ownership over hands-on content creation, from start to finish (including photography, copywriting and social media trends).

Skills & Experience
What we're looking for in the ideal candidate. Not all of these are must haves, so please take the leap to get in touch even if you don't feel you meet all criteria.

• HBO or WO-level education in Marketing, Communications or Copywriting.
• Passionate about contemporary and visual communication, storytelling and the landscape of online brand communities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• An eye for market trends within the design-scape.
• Pluses would be basic knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
• Proficient in English language (spoken and written).
• Strong work ethic, endless curiosity, self-starting attitude and resourcefulness.
• Preferably available from January 2026 for a period of 6 months.

This internship is intended for people who are currently studying or who have recently graduated. We can only accept applications from applicants from the EU/EEA & Switzerland, or people who have a Dutch study-, arbeid vrij toegestaan-, or job-seeking year residence permit.
