You will set the technical direction and own the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft-based environments, turning complex challenges into clear, actionable designs across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune. From early conversations and RFPs to hands-on deployment and continuous improvement, you guide the journey, ensuring seamless integration, security, and long-term value.
You won't do it alone. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor colleagues to raise the bar across our segment. Responsibilities
- Act as the technical expert who designs and builds alongside your team, delivering robust, future-proof solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on their cloud roadmap and translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Take an active role in deployment and ongoing improvement of customer solutions, ensuring seamless integration and long-term value.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists to deliver innovative solutions at the intersection of data, IoT, AI, and integration.
- Support the creation of offers and respond to RFPs, shaping customer expectations and winning new business.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify commercial opportunities and help customers adopt new services that drive success.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in a relevant field, gained through education and/or experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune, including large-scale infrastructure implementations and migrations.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, with ability to design conceptual solutions and translate customer needs into technical architectures—especially in IaaS and PaaS environments.
- Certified at architect level in Microsoft technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to see the bigger picture and break down complex problems into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly and transparently.
- A critical, flexible, and curious mindset, always eager to learn about the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
- Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and collaborative; you enjoy working in a team and challenging yourself to deliver the best for customers.
