As a Control Engineer, you play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems within mechatronic systems. You work in multidisciplinary teams and translate system specifications into dynamic models and algorithms. **Your responsibilities include:** - Designing and modeling control systems (e.g., PID, model-based control, state space modeling); - Simulating and analyzing system behavior (MATLAB/Simulink, Python, etc.); - Integrating and testing control algorithms in hardware environments; - Collaborating with hardware and software engineers to optimize systems; - Troubleshooting and performance tuning of existing systems; - Contributing to innovation and improving design standards. We are looking for an analytical and independent engineer with a passion for technology and control systems.

You have:

• A completed HBO/WO degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience in control engineering within an R&D or high-tech environment;
• Knowledge of model-based design, signal processing, and embedded software is a plus;
• Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, Python, or C++;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• An entrepreneurial and flexible mindset.
