Als
Project Engineer
coördineer je multidisciplinaire offshore windprojecten, van ontwerp en werkpakketten tot fabricage, (pre-)commissioning en oplevering. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, inkoop, uitvoering/yard, HSE en leveranciers om veilig, volgens specificatie, op tijd én binnen budget te leveren.

Jouw rol:

  • Je vertaalt scope en ontwerp naar
    concrete werkpakketten
    , planning en heldere interface-afspraken.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met interne teams en
    onderaannemers/leveranciers
    , bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en risico's.
  • Je rapporteert over planning, kosten en issues, en borgt
    first-time-right
    oplevering richting klant/inspecties.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren van EPCI-fasen:
    engineering, werkvoorbereiding, fabricage, (pre-)commissioning, handover
    .
  • Opstellen/beheren van
    scope, werkpakketten, interface- & wijzigingsbeheer
    ; documentatie op orde.
  • Bewaken van planning & voortgang (
    MS Project/Primavera
    ); tijdig knelpunten en risico's signaleren en mitigeren.
  • Aansturen/afstemmen met
    onderaannemers en leveranciers
    ; review van vendor-docs, FAT's/inspecties plannen.
  • Kwaliteit & HSE borgen met
    ITP's, inspecties, NCR-opvolging
    ; samenwerken met QA/QC en HSE.
  • Voorbereiden van
    opleverdossiers
    (as-built/MDR) en overdracht aan commissioning/klant.

Wat je meebrengt (must-haves):

  • HBO/WO
    in een technische richting (bijv. WTB, Elektrotechniek, Maritieme/Offshore).
  • Ervaring met
    offshore wind/substations
    of vergelijkbare zware industrie/fabricageprojecten (EPCI-omgeving).
  • Vaardig in
    planning & projectbeheersing
    (MS Project of
    Primavera P6
    ); basis cost/voortgangsrapportage.
  • Sterk in
    stakeholdercommunicatie
    (intern/extern); hands-on, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Engels vloeiend
    ;
    Nederlands
    is een pre.
    On-site
    werken in regio Rotterdam en incidenteel reizen (leveranciers/site).

Pré:

  • Kennis van meerdere disciplines (
    structural, piping, E&I
    ) en relevante normen (bijv. DNV/NORSOK/EN 1090).
  • Ervaring met
    commissioning/FAT
    , EDMS/ERP en
    Risk Management
    (risicoregister, mitigaties).
