Internship in Sustainability – Join Our ESG Team

Are you a Master's student that's passionate about sustainability and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment? Our ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) team in HQ Group is offering two exciting internship opportunities starting in February 2026 through July 2026.

We are looking for two motivated students to support us in:

1. Supporting our ESG reporting process by:

  • Collecting and validating sustainability data from various business units
  • Assisting with data analysis and KPI tracking in line with CSRD and ESRS
  • Supporting process documentation and control design
  • Contributing to our annual Sustainability Report

2. Being part of a pilot project focused on Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for packaging products:

  • Gather input data from production, design, and procurement teams
  • Support environmental impact modeling
  • Assist with product-level sustainability documentation
  • Help raise internal awareness of LCA principles

These internships are designed to support impactful projects. Since these are projects where we are looking for practical results, graduation theses might not fit.

Your Profile

  • Master's student in Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Available from February 2026 to July 2026
  • Solid understanding of ESG, GHG Protocol, and LCA principles
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar tool knowledge is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
