About the Role:

Aurélien is seeking a Social Advertising Specialist with a strategic mindset, a strong analytical foundation, and a passion for creativity. You will be responsible for driving performance across our paid social channels and for scaling our digital presence globally.

As Social Advertising Specialist, you will create, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and more. You will experiment constantly, interpret data with precision, and translate insights into powerful, high-performing advertising strategies that elevate our luxury brand.

As Social Advertising Specialist you will work closely with the performance, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure that our advertising communicates the Aurélien aesthetic while achieving measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social advertising
  • Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (must)
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, attribution models, and conversion tracking
  • Analytical, creative, and results-driven mindset
  • You love testing, optimising, and exploring new opportunities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with creative teams to build assets that drive performance

What You Will Do

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations
  • Develop full-funnel advertising strategies tailored to luxury consumer behaviour
  • Report on campaign performance and key growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ads reflect the Aurélien brand
  • Support product launches, retail openings, and seasonal campaigns with paid media strategies
  • Help define the digital advertising roadmap for Aurélien as we scale globally
