About Jamezz

Jamezz is a company that provides digital ordering solutions for the hospitality industry, such as apps for, kiosks, QR-ordering, tablet ordering systems, and webshops for takeaway and delivery. The platform integrates with POS systems to enhance the guest experience and increase efficiency for businesses. From our office in Breda, the Netherlands, we serve a growing customer base in Europe and are now strategically expanding more into the German market.

The Role

As Business Development Manager DACH Region, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in Germany. From Breda, you will identify, develop, and realize new business opportunities by combining direct sales to hospitality businesses with building strategic partnerships with POS resellers and other key players in the German hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Business Development

  • Identifying and approaching potential clients in the German hospitality sector
  • Conducting sales conversations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Managing the complete sales process from lead to signed deal

Partnership Development

  • Identifying and approaching strategic partners
  • Developing and implementing reseller partnerships
  • Coordinating joint marketing initiatives and co-selling activities

Strategy & Market Knowledge

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis in the DACH region
  • Participating in relevant industry events (Internorga Hamburg, Frankfurt)
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and marketing materials

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership management experience, preferably in hospitality, SaaS, or tech
  • You are a fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills; good command of English required
  • Living in the Breda region or willing to relocate
  • Willing to travel regularly to Germany (average 1-2 days per month)

  • Commercial drive with proven track record in meeting sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong relationship builder
  • Strategic insight and technical affinity
  • Experience with the hospitality sector and/or POS systems is a plus
