Then this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Digital who can understand business processes and translate them into smart digital solutions. You will help our customers and our internal teams make the quotation-to-order process simpler, faster, and more user friendly.

What will you do?

As a Digital Business Analyst, you are the linchpin in our digital transformation.

In this role, you will support the analysis and improvement of our quotation and configuration processes. You think along about digital solutions and help collect commercial and technical requirements and translate them into clear functional descriptions.

During implementations, you test new functionalities, process feedback and contribute to the quality of the final solution. Together with colleagues from sales, IT and data, you will work on smart improvements and identify opportunities for further automation and a stronger digital customer experience.

You will visit our European locations occasionally (about once every 1 to 2 months) to map out processes with local teams, collect needs and support implementations.

In short: you ensure that our digital solutions make the sales process smarter and deliver real value for our customers.

Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business IT & Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Science, or Business Economics with a digital focus.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience or a strong interest in business analysis, digital tools, or system integration; internships count.
  • You are analytical and structured, and you can explain and visualise complex processes in a clear and simple way.
  • You have basic knowledge of digital products and a good sense for usability.
  • You communicate easily with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch and other European languages are a plus.

  • For starters, a gross monthly salary from €2,800. If you already have relevant experience for this role, we offer a higher starting salary aligned with your expertise.
