This role is based in the Netherlands because of customer proximity requirements and we can only consider candidates which will not require a relocation

What you'll do:

In this role, you will embark on a journey to a Solution Advisor for SAP Build.

You don't need to be an expert yet – ambition and motivation matter most.

You help customers understand what they can do with SAP Build, support demo sessions and presentations, and gradually work toward independently facilitating workshops and advisory engagements. Along the way, you'll also learn how AI plays a role in business transformation, process automation and application development.

You work closely with experienced colleagues on:

• • Supporting customer demos, presentations, and workshops on SAP Business Technology Platform and specifically SAP Build;
• Helping customers discover the value of SAP Build through showcases, proofs of concept, or prototypes;
• Thinking along with customers about smarter ways to extend their SAP landscape leveraging the power of SAP Build;
• Assisting in preparing events in the Experience Center (from 1:1 to 1:many formats);
• Gradually growing into independently presenting, advising, and guiding customer cases;
• Embedding AI in customer conversations and demos (e.g., building blocks, automation, or simple AI use cases) for embedded AI, custom AI, Agentic AI and conversational AI.

You will:

• • Think strategically about low-code, automation, and AI within SAP Build;
• Design and deliver workshops and hands-on sessions;
• Act as a content liaison within the Account Team;
• Work with demo environments, digital assets, and new innovations within SAP BTP.

What is the focus of the role?

You have or will develop a T-shaped expertise: broad knowledge of SAP Business Suite Strategy including applications, data and AI, with deeper specialization in SAP BTP and AI.

Main focus will be on:

• • Low-code application development;
• Process automation;
• Integration with other SAP solutions;
• AI applications within SAP (such as intelligent automation, embedded AI, custom AI, conversational AI and agentic AI);
• Explaining technical concepts in a clear and practical way.

What do you bring?

Skills:

• • Bachelor's/Master's level thinking (preferably in IT, engineering, or business/tech);
• Basic experience or interest in development or automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs, cloud, workflow tools);
• Interest in AI and/or data science;
• Affinity with cloud and/or data platforms and/or development platforms is a plus.

Soft skills :

• • You communicate clearly and are comfortable speaking in front of groups;
• You enjoy explaining solutions to customers;
• You are curious, learn quickly, and like to experiment;
• You get energy from working with sales, enterprise and solution architects, and above all with customers;
• You are willing to build and deliver demos and facilitate workshops.

Nice-to-haves:

Practical details:

• • Working 3–4 days per week at the Experience Center ('s Hertogenbosch);
• Fluent in Dutch and business level in English;
• You enjoy hands-on work with demos and prototypes
