We are a dynamic company specializing in premium black caviar, sturgeon delicacies, and salmon roe, and we are expanding our team in the Netherlands.

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and ambitious professionals who are ready to grow with us in an international environment.

 Position: Warehouse Specialist (Food & Caviar Products)

Full-time | Warehouse & Logistics | Eindhoven

Your Responsibilities

  • Packing and preparing orders

  • Careful and precise packing of premium products (caviar, delicacies)

  • Correct labelling, documentation, temperature-controlled packing

  • Preparing shipments for domestic and international clients

  • Ensuring product integrity and quality during handling

  • Stock management & inventory control

  • Monitoring stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers

  • Performing regular stock checks and reconciling inventory

  • Updating internal systems and reporting discrepancies

  • Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods

  • Maintaining warehouse cleanliness & organization

  • Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and well-organized

  • Following hygiene and food safety standards

  • Ensuring proper use of cooling/freezing equipment

  • Supporting daily operational tasks as needed

Your Profile

  • Fluent in English must
  • Responsible and accurate, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in warehouse or logistics environment (food handling is a plus)
  • Able to work with packing materials, labels, simple tools
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
  • Physically fit, energetic, reliable, and punctual
  • Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
