is an independent Rotterdam-based company providing ship repair & technical services and shipyard representation through a global network of partner yards.

We support shipowners and operators with reliable and transparent solutions for both afloat and drydocking projects sourced from the BENELUX region and beyond.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in maritime sales and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with ship management companies, promoting the capabilities of our represented shipyards and coordinating commercial activities within the BENELUX region together with our Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach shipowners, managers, and operators in the BENELUX region.
  • Promote our represented shipyards and secure drydocking and/or repair opportunities.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, both independently and jointly with management.
  • Follow up on inquiries, collect vessel repair specifications, and prepare visit reports.
  • Maintain a structured client database and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Support marketing and representation activities at local maritime events.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in maritime sales
  • Understanding of ship management companies and their technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
    Dutch and English
    .
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building ability.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Based in the Netherlands and familiar with the BENELUX maritime market.
