Internship Pricing

We are looking for an intern to strengthen our Pricing team at Sunweb Group in Rotterdam.

Start from February 2026.
This is a hands-on internship, not a research/thesis one.
Within our Pricing team, we are looking for an intern who is enthusiastic about learning about Pricing, and Revenue Management in general. You will be part of the Pricing Specialists team. This team collaborates within cross-functional teams at the source market level with e-commerce and online advertising specialists. They do this for various source markets, such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Sweden, and for brands like Sunweb and Eliza was here. The communication lines are short, and the atmosphere within the teams and Sunweb Group is informal. We like to work closely together, are driven, stand for rapid growth, high quality, and optimal results. Our focus is on both sun and ski holidays

Your impact
Based on input from our Portfolio Department and Virtual Airline Department, priorities are determined weekly within the source country teams. Optimizing the occupancy of our purchased flights and accommodations and their corresponding selling prices are extremely important within our sales strategy. We monitor the inventory (airplane seats and accommodations), pricing, margins, conduct various (ad-hoc) analyses (competition, trends, sales figures), and provide input for marketing activities. All with the aim of achieving the optimal sales result. This is the main task of a Pricing Specialist. As an intern, you will provide daily support to the Pricing Specialists team and are therefore an important part of the team. Varied and very challenging

• You coordinate the marketing activities of Pricing.
• You create competition, trend, risk, and sales analyses. Making price comparisons and following up on them.
• Support to the Pricing Specialists in following up on sales priorities and adjusting prices for (a set of) destinations.
• You answer questions from other departments, such as Customer Care, and manage/organize the incoming and outgoing mail traffic of the department.
• You use your creativity and enthusiasm to do this in the best possible way.

• You possess good communication and written skills.
• You are social but can also work well independently.
• You are flexible and commercially oriented.
• You are proactive, meticulous, efficient, and accurate in your work.
• You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• As a suitable candidate, you can work a minimum of 4 days a week. Additionally, you are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• It is expected that you will work approximately 50% from home and 50% in the office in Rotterdam, if possible
