The Job
Our Demi Chef de Partie Pastry strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining THE ENTOURAGE GROUP's high standards. The bar was awarded Best Luxury Restaurant Bar of Europe' at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards 2017, 'Best Hotel Bar' in Esquire's Best Cocktail Bar Contest 2015 and 'Best Cocktail Bar' in the Entree Awards 2015.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • To ensure all that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time

  • To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
