FDM Officer RM

At Perfetti Van Melle Breda, we are looking for a detail-oriented and structured FDM Officer to join our Supply Chain team. 

FDM Officer PRM & Edible BoM

36 hours per week

Location: Breda (supporting multiple sites)

This is where need you

In this position, you will ensure the accuracy and completeness of raw materials and edible Bill of Materials (BoMs) across all relevant systems (SAP, PDR, ReD, IPMS). You will support the integrity of our product data while collaborating across multiple departments and sites (Breda, Weert, Sittard). The main respobilities;

Maintain and update raw material (RM) data in PDR and SAP, including creation and delisting in coordination with MDMAct as RM Gatekeeper in ReD systemManage edible BoMs in PDR (Phase 3a), ReD (including mix creation), and SAPExecute tasks in IPMS related to edible recipe compositionSupport RDQ with administrative tasks (e.g. PR approvals, MRT requests)Assist QA and Technology teams with data retrieval and compliance documentationCollaborate with the Global Data Management Team for data accuracy, system changes, testing (UAT), and regulatory checksWork closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Process Technology and other OC's FDM teamsParticipate in key projects such as Ducatus, PDR-S4 interface, and IPMS enhancements The ideal recipe for this role Strong attention to detail and data accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsExperience or affinity with SAP and data management systems (preferred)Effective interpersonal and communication skillsA team player, able to collaborate across functions and regions What we offer you?
