Continuous Improvement Manager
for our location in Dordrecht. In this role, you'll play a key part in building a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. You'll identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce waste, and guide our teams to work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive the CI agenda per plant, tailored to the maturity level of each site.
- Strengthen and standardize key Lean practices (such as DOR, SIC, SHO, and Gemba walks).
- Identify and eliminate all forms of waste, with a strong focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and local Lean Coordinators to build a strong continuous improvement environment.
- Create annual strategy deployment plans and prioritize improvement projects based on business goals (growth, service, safety, quality, cost, and cash).
- Lead and facilitate Lean improvement initiatives using tools such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Kanban, and Policy Deployment.
- Monitor and analyze process trends, identify variations, and implement corrective actions.
- Coach and mentor leadership and Lean Coordinators, empowering teams to take ownership of daily improvement.
- Lead cross-site and cross-country improvement workshops and share best practices across the network.
- Identify and deliver Lean training needs across the business.
- Establish clear metrics and track financial impact and project success.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainable results and continuous learning.
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred).
- 5–7 years of proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Process Optimization roles.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Experience implementing Lean tools and continuous improvement frameworks within a manufacturing environment (FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and influencing skills you know how to motivate, guide, and engage people at all levels.
- Fluent in English and
proficiency in Dutch
