This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Buyer to join a global organisation and support key IT and Professional Services procurement activity across Europe.

You'll play a critical role in sourcing and managing suppliers across categories that enable every part of the business - from digital transformation and HR partnerships to legal and finance services.

What you'll do:

  • Support end-to-end sourcing activities across IT and Professional Services categories.
  • Manage RFQs, supplier evaluation, and contract alignment with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Analyse spend, identify savings opportunities, and support negotiations.
  • Maintain supplier master data and performance metrics using SAP, Ariba, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercial value and process improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-6 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within indirect categories (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, or Professional Services).
  • Proven ability to manage RFQs and contract administration.
  • Strong Excel capability - comfortable with pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, self-managing mindset - able to navigate ambiguity and deliver independently.
  • Fluency in English (Dutch language skills an advantage).
  • Right to work in the Netherlands (no sponsorship or relocation).
