About the Role

This role will play a key part in optimizing cross-border logistics operations across Europe and driving sustainable growth for our client. You will lead end-to-end operational management, shape core capabilities for customs clearance and last-mile delivery, and manage the entire operations team to deliver excellence in efficiency, cost, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation and management of all matters related to overall overseas operations
  • Forecast, formulate, and break down business area management goals such as cost, quality, and efficiency
  • Diagnose and improve functional weaknesses and business shortcomings, and promote implementation
  • Operations implementation management: based on full-chain goals, clarify the core capabilities design for the CD segment
  • Lead resource strategy formulation, project implementation, and daily operations for the C segment (customs clearance) and D segment (last-mile delivery), establish and implement a mechanism for the selection, training, utilization, and retention of CD segment suppliers, and build advantages in logistics efficiency, cost, and service in Europe through business cooperation and capability co-construction
  • Design and implement all overseas process SOPs and monitor their implementation
  • Address various operational anomalies (such as last-mile congestion, lost packages, etc.) through local interventions, coordinate and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Overall management of the entire operations team

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cross-border logistics, with a basic understanding of cross-border logistics products
  • Proven familiarity with trunk line transportation, customs clearance in European destination countries, and last-mile delivery operations; in-depth experience in at least one or two of these areas is essential
  • Strong data analysis, project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience, with a track record of leading teams of 8+ members
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
