• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience as a structural engineer is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of and experience with structural software packages.
• Affinity with residential and commercial construction is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Motivated to learn Dutch for effective communication within the team end with clients.
