As a
Business Consultant
, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the successful implementation of our Transport Management and Supply Chain Management solutions. You'll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, configure solutions to align with their operations, and ensure every deployment drives measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business requirements into effective solution designs
• Lead customer workshops, gather functional requirements, and map out logistics processes
• Guide customers through best practices in supply chain execution and transport operations
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical consultants, project managers, support) to ensure seamless delivery
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure expectations are aligned throughout project lifecycles
• Document solution designs and support user acceptance testing and go-live activities
• Provide input on continuous improvement and post-go-live optimisation opportunities

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Solid understanding of international logistics and supply chain processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and configuring enterprise software solutions
• Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in logistics, transportation, or retail supply chain
• Experience with transport planning or route optimisation solutions
• Understanding of EDI/API integrations (not required to configure)
