About the role

We are looking for a driven asset management consultant who knows there way around maintenance & reliability to join our team in the Netherlands. As a consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients on how to improve their practices in Asset Performance Management (APM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will be responsible for shaping innovative maintenance & reliability processes, train and coach clients in implementing and deploying solutions, and executing projects in a way that impacts the organization and the bottom-line.

Take ownership of projects from start to finish;

Utilize cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to optimize asset performance;

Identify improvement opportunities and implement new practices in industry 4.0 and digitalization;

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance and asset management.

About you

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or comparable;

Experience in asset management and familiarity with methodologies such as RCM, RCA & FMECA;

You are analytical, adaptable and have excellent communicative skills;

You are able to lead a change and get others to adopt new ways of working;

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
