About the Role

This role will report to the Global Mobility CX team and will be responsible for managing global and/or regional programs that span multiple countries. The types of programs include the strategic coordination of AI-related rollouts, CX-related rollouts, and scaling of global products.

What you will do

Strategic Programme management of Global and Regional programmes, including:

  • Scoping and setting up global programmes
  • Running programme governance
  • Developing business cases
  • Creating Programme plans and tracking progress
  • Acting as the main coordination point of contact to ensure bottlenecks are unblocked and risks are managed
  • Communicating status updates

Basic Qualifications

  • Consulting background
  • Experience in running complex and/or transformational programmes
  • At least 8 years of experience working in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in AI, data, and tech
  • Customer Experience Expertise
  • Financial and business case management experience
  • Ideal experience with McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
