Tech Ecosystem Engagement Lead: Social Platforms

We need a Social Media & Content Lead who lives and breathes the startup ecosystem to amplify our voice across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and emerging channels.
You'll transform complex data into compelling stories, launch campaigns that spark industry conversations, and build communities around the insights that matter most to founders, investors, and policymakers worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Drive Growth Across Key Channels - Scale our LinkedIn (primary), X, and YouTube presence with strategies that convert impressions into engaged audiences and Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Create Content That Moves Markets - Craft narratives around startup trends, VC analyses, and innovation maps that make complex tech ecosystem data irresistible to our global audience of governments, investors, and founders.
- Launch Reports That Break the Internet - Design 360-degree campaign strategies for our industry reports—from pre-launch teasers to creator kits—working with mini-influencers across global cities, and key tech sectors.
- Build Visual Stories - Use Canva and video editing tools to create charts, videos, and visuals that bring our data insights to life across all platforms.
- Optimize for Impact - Monitor performance metrics, analyze MQL conversions, and iterate strategies that deliver measurable results.

Job requirements
What You Bring
- Deep tech ecosystem experience/enthusiasm.
- 5+ years scaling social media for B2B tech companies, data platforms (think Crunchbase, PitchBook, Carta), or within the VC/startup world. You understand the ecosystem because you've lived in it.
- Proven Growth Track Record.
- Case studies and metrics showing how you've grown LinkedIn, X, and YouTube channels for data intelligence platforms or competitors.
- Storytelling Superpowers.
- Curiosity for AI tools to boost social media productivity.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with evidence - successful campaigns, personal newsletter, blog, or thought leadership content that proves you can turn data into compelling narratives.
- Design & Video Skills.
- Hands-on expertise with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools. You can create clean, on-brand visuals and edit videos that perform across platforms.
- Analytics-Driven Approach.
- Experience with UTM tracking, MQL dashboards, and analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
- Global Perspective.
- Experience managing international brands and balancing global messaging with localized content strategies.
Bonus Points
- Personal following or thought leadership presence in tech
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, YouTube Analytics, and HubSpot
