Your role in our mission

As our Internal Sales Specialist, you will be a key player in our Internal Sales team, helping to build strong customer relationships and supporting internal departments and Global Account Managers. Every day brings something new. Here's what you'll do:

  • Prepare quotations and handle RFQs from start to finish.
  • Manage ongoing contracts and ensure correct distribution to production companies.
  • Maintain close communication with customers via phone, Teams, and platforms like the VW Portal. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join the Global Account Manager on an annual customer visit.
  • Support Global Account Managers in both internal and external communication.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to prepare reports and monitor performance.
  • Continuously improve customer service and internal processes.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in commercial, economic, or technical fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in automotive or related industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and German; both spoken and written. ther languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
