Senior Customer Service Representative with German (Hybrid – Heerlen)

Location:
 Heerlen, Limburg, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Contract:
 Full-time, permanent

About the Role

You'll join the 
Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO)
 team – a key part of our business, connecting with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and internal departments across Europe. Your work will have a direct impact on improving patients' lives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day 
    Order-to-Cash
     processes – order entry, tracking, invoicing, returns, and complaint handling
  • Act as the main contact for internal sales teams and customers (phone and email)
  • Support with lead time requests, product availability, and issue resolution
  • Cooperate closely with departments such as Sales, Pricing, and Marketing
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and accurate order handling

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or MBO+ equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales
  • Excellent communication in 
    German (C1)
     and 
    English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to prioritize under pressure
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset
