Your experience:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as an SAP consultant or SAP Project Manager.
  • Experience with (sub)projects within SAP S/4HANA or related modules, with an understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related technology trends. You are interested in moving from module-based work to broader project management.
  • You feel comfortable in customer contact and want to further develop your stakeholder management and commercial skills.
  • Completed an academic (Master's) degree, preferably in (Technical) Business Administration, Management Information Science or a related degree.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch & English.
  • The ability to effectively lead, motivate and coach a team.
  • You can make complex SAP solutions understandable for non-IT experts, such as business stakeholders.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility for planning, budgeting, coordination and progress, while also learning from experienced PMs.
    The role:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead challenging SAP projects that are suitable for someone who wants to develop into an experienced project manager. You'll build on your experience as an SAP Consultant and use your acquired SAP knowledge as a framework to broaden your horizons. You'll oversee projects that span multiple SAP modules or supply chains. This includes SAP SCM, FS, and, in particular, broader S/4HANA projects in both the Public and Private Cloud. You'll be responsible for all phases of the SAP implementation, ranging from supporting acquisitions in customer meetings and drafting proposals as a Bid Manager to overseeing the actual implementation as a project manager. You'll also act as a sparring partner for colleagues and contribute to the further professionalization of our services.

You will work in multidisciplinary teams where you will implement improvements for national and international clients, thus having a direct impact on various organizations.

You'll work in multidisciplinary teams, liaising with both business and IT. You'll oversee projects from preparation and planning to implementation and delivery. Experienced colleagues will be available to brainstorm with you and help you develop your skills. This way, you'll gradually progress to larger and more complex projects.

What are you going to do?

End-to-end responsibility for SAP implementation processes at customers.Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the solution meets their needs and aligns with the organization's objectives.Management of various types of projects in diverse industries, where S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud and related solutions are the main underlying IT solutions.Successful delivery of our projects from both the client and our perspectives.
