Wil jij bedrijven helpen groeien met slimme CRM-oplossingen? In deze rol als Implementation Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen strategie, techniek en mensen. Je begeleidt HubSpot-implementaties van A tot Z en zorgt dat klanten écht vooruitkomen. Volledig remote, met ruimte voor jouw ontwikkeling en een agency-cultuur die gericht is op groei, transparantie en resultaat.

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt min 2. ervaring als Implementation Consultant, CRM-specialist of vergelijkbare rol
  • Je hebt hbo- of wo-niveau, bij voorkeur in business, IT of data
  • Ervaring met HubSpot of vergelijkbare CRM-platformen is een grote pre
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt commercieel en neemt eigenaarschap
  • Je communiceert helder — ook met niet-techneuten
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en continu bezig met verbeteren

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiding nemen in CRM- en HubSpot-implementaties
  • Klantdoelen vertalen naar schaalbare technische oplossingen
  • Samenwerken met Growth-, RevOps- en Tech-teams
  • Inzichten presenteren aan klanten op een inspirerende manier
  • Coachen van junior teamleden en kennisdeling stimuleren
  • Commerciële kansen signaleren en bijdragen aan klantgroei
  • Jezelf ontwikkelen via trainingen, feedback en initiatieven
