Overview:

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven en ervaren IT Support Specialist (Level 2) om ons groeiende IT-team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van tweedelijns technische ondersteuning, het oplossen van complexe incidenten en het garanderen van een stabiele werking van onze IT-systemen binnen de organisatie. Je beschikt over uitstekende technische kennis, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verlenen van Level 2 technische ondersteuning voor desktops, laptops en randapparatuur (hardware, software en netwerkconnectiviteit).
  • Oplossen van incidenten die zijn geëscaleerd vanuit Level 1 support binnen de afgesproken SLA's.
  • Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van besturingssystemen (Windows/macOS), bedrijfsapplicaties en gebruikersaccounts.
  • Ondersteunen en beheren van Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN en endpoint security tools.
  • Samenwerken met infrastructuur-, netwerk- en securityteams voor het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken.
  • Bijhouden van nauwkeurige documentatie van incidenten, oplossingen en workarounds in het IT Service Management (ITSM) systeem.
  • Deelnemen aan IT-projecten zoals systeemuitrol, migraties en upgrades.
  • Bieden van zowel on-site als remote ondersteuning aan gebruikers, inclusief incidentele reizen tussen locaties indien nodig.

Vereiste vaardigheden & kwalificaties

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in IT-support of Desktop Support (Level 2).
  • Grondige kennis van Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory en basisnetwerkconcepten (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Praktische ervaring met ticketingsystemen (bijv. ServiceNow, Jira of vergelijkbaar).
  • Aantoonbare vaardigheid in het effectief oplossen van hardware- (desktops, laptops, printers) en softwareproblemen.
  • Goed begrip van ITIL-processen (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Uitstekende communicatie-, klantgerichte en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende capaciteiten en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Moet in het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs en een auto.

Pré (Nice to Have)

  • Geldig rijbewijs (categorie B) voor on-site support en reizen tussen locaties.
  • Relevante IT-certificeringen (bijv. CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102/MD-100, ITIL Foundation).
  • Ervaring met ondersteuning van macOS- of Linux-omgevingen.
