What you will learn as Learning & Culture Development Intern:

  • Support the rollout of training programs including managing communications, coordinating enrolments, tracking attendance, supporting trainers, among others
  • Being responsible for our L&D newsletter and internal communication related to L&D
  • Managing programs on the learning experience platform (PepsiCo University)
  • Working together with our communication department and support our internal communication about the broader HR agenda (DE&I, Employee Experience, Organizational Culture)
  • Support the HR Talent team with employee engagement initiatives
  • Co-lead the Intern Community within PepsiCo Northern Europe
Qualifications

Job essentials:

  • HBO/WO Bachelor's or Master's student or graduated (max. 3 months) with an interest in Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and Employee Experience topics 
  • Likes to take initiative and work independently with strong communication skills 
  • Pro-active, well organized and able to set priorities in a fast moving industry 
  • Not afraid to voice their opinion and thinks creatively and rationally in order to solve problems
  • Ambitious, focused on results and has enthusiasm and a positive attitude 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Dutch will be a plus
