Communications internship: Creative Content

The Business Performance Improvement (BPI) team supports transformation programs in ASML. The focus of the team is helping our stakeholders in achieving their communication goals. As an intern, you will support our team, which can involve working with stakeholders across the globe.

Within our team, we have two internship assignments, and we are looking to hire two interns.

Assignment 1 is about Strategic Planning. Some of your tasks may involve:

• Support us in project management and planning;
• Manage and improve our planning overviews and help analyze our KPI's to drive improvements and learning;
• Support planning and execution of internal community building events;
• Assist projects during (pre) production and execution phase for live, hybrid and online events.

Assignment 2 is about Creative Content-Creation. Some of your tasks may involve:

• Create content aligned with ASML guidelines and BPI's business strategy;
• Support channel management with creation of newsletters, change campaigns, articles, podcasts, SharePoint sites;
• Engage in community building through Viva Engage (ASML's internal platform);
• Create impactful communication assets (e.g. videos, infographics or presentations or visuals) together with agencies or our internal team.

Both of these Bachelor/Master internship are for 9 to 12 months, working minimum 4 days per week. This internship is not suitable for a thesis. The start date of this internship is around February/ March 2026.

To be a match for this internship, you:

• Are a Bachelor or Master student in Communications, Marketing. Media Design, Change Management, or related;
• Have experience with using Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint);
• Have a creative and enthusiastic mindset, and be eager to learn and keep learning from mistakes;
• Enjoy finding solutions to challenges, and aligning with multiple stakeholders;
• Possess persuasive communication skills and be proactive;
• Are fluent in English (verbal and written).

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• You are located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate;
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).

Other requirements you need to meet:

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
• Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
