Your role

Are you passionate about transforming designs into pixel-perfect, conversion-focused web experiences? As a Front-End Developer Intern, you will be an integral part of our Development Team, translating UX/UI designs into live webpages and running conversion optimization experiments that directly impact our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design to Code
  : Transform UX/UI designs (Figma) into responsive, pixel-perfect webpages using Livewire, Angular, and WordPress. Ensure designs are accurately implemented across devices and browsers while maintaining clean, maintainable code.
• Front-End Development: Work with modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3/Sass, JavaScript, Livewire (Laravel), Angular, and WordPress. Learn to balance design fidelity with performance and user experience.
• CRO Landing Page Experiments
  : Assist in building and testing conversion rate optimization experiments on landing pages. Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and iterate on designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Team Collaboration
  : Work closely with designers, marketers, and developers to bring ideas to life. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and optimization discussions to build practical, cross-functional skills.
• Performance & Quality
  : Focus on web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Learn best practices for fast-loading, SEO-friendly pages that convert visitors into customers.

What we're looking for

You're not just looking for a cookie-cutter internship – you want to grow, contribute, and make an impact. You are:

• A graduate intern or a current Bachelor's (3rd/4th year) or Master's student in IT, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or a related field.
• Passionate about front-end development and creating excellent user experiences.
• Strong in HTML, CSS/Sass, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for design and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Interested in conversion optimization and data-driven design decisions.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Livewire, Angular, or WordPress.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, or analytics tools.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Interest in UX/UI design principles.
