We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Generative AI to design,

implement, and oversee enterprisegrade AI solutions. This role bridges business strategy

with cuttingedge AI technologies, ensuring scalable, secure, and ethical deployment of

GenAI systems across the organization.

�� Key Responsibilities

 Architecture & Design

o Define endtoend solution architectures for GenAI applications (LLMs,

diffusion models, multimodal systems).

o Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.

o Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with security standards.

 Technical Leadership

o Guide engineering teams in implementing AI pipelines, retrievalaugmented

generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks.

o Establish best practices for prompt engineering, finetuning, and model

evaluation.

o Mentor developers and data scientists on architecture principles.

 Innovation & Strategy

o Evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

o Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to align AI

solutions with organizational goals.

o Drive proofofconcepts and pilot projects to validate new approaches.

 Governance & Compliance

 Implement responsible AI practices, including bias detection, safety filters, and audit

trails.

 Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

 Develop documentation, standards, and architectural blueprints.

�� Required Skills & Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 Experience: 10+ years in IT/software architecture, with 3–5 years in AI/ML solution

design.

 Technical Expertise:

o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes,

Docker).

o Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG

pipelines).

o Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).

o APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.

o Security, compliance, and performance optimization.

 Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and ability

to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
