Now, we're looking for a Team Lead Content & Advertising to elevate our specialist team and drive performance across marketplaces.
As Team Lead Content & Advertising, you'll be the driving force behind our content and advertising performance across all marketplaces. You lead a team of marketplace specialists (content & advertising), ensuring seamless execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.
This is a strategic leadership role with a strong operational backbone. You will coach, develop, and inspire your team while ensuring that content, ads, and automation work together to deliver top-tier marketplace results. You'll also collaborate closely with Consultants to connect strategy and execution, ensuring every brand we support gets exceptional, data-driven results.
What you'll do:
1. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of 4-6 content & advertising specialists.
Conduct performance reviews, give feedback, and support career development.
Build and maintain an internal knowledge base with best practices, guidelines, and innovations.
Ensure the team operates according to high standards in quality, communication, and execution.
Champion alignment, craftsmanship, and a positive team culture that reflects our values.
Strategy, Expertise & Innovation
Ensure content and advertising strategies reinforce one another to maximise visibility, conversions, and revenue growth.
Act as the go-to expert for trends, technologies, tooling, AI, and marketplace developments.
Encourage experimentation and bring innovative, scalable solutions to the team.
Develop marketplace standards for quality, strategy, and advanced advertising practices.
Process & Performance Ownership
Analyse campaign and content performance and guide the team based on data insights.
Implement AI-driven automation to eliminate inefficiencies and optimise workflows.
Manage budgets, resource planning, and capacity using internal systems and tooling.
Ensure consistent execution across specialists, elevating operational excellence.
Cross-Team & Client Collaboration
Work closely with Consultants to align on brand strategies, campaign performance, and improvement opportunities.
Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Support Consultants with expert input to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Provide proactive solutions for client challenges and market shifts.

Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketplace content optimisation and /or advertising.
Proven leadership experience managing operational or specialist teams.
Strong background in marketplace advertising (bid management, automation, optimisation).
Proven track record in performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with AI-driven tools, automation, and advanced marketplace tooling.
Skills & Mindset:
Strong communication and delegation skills.
Ability to develop people, set standards, and inspire excellence.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
Deep knowledge of European marketplaces.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Consultants and internal teams.
Ownership, creativity, and a proactive attitude towards improvement.
