Deze organisatie is actief in de maakindustrie en richt zich op onderzoek en ontwikkeling van plantaardige oplossingen. De organisatie ondersteunt productontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie binnen de food-sector en andere verwerkende industrieën. De organisatie opereert centraal in RD&I-operaties en werkt met multidisciplinaire teams om nieuwe producten en procesverbeteringen te realiseren. In Dinteloord ligt de focus op het verhogen van innovatie-efficiëntie, het verbeteren van resourceallocatie en het maximaliseren van het rendement op RD&I-investeringen. De functie richt zich op het implementeren van KPI-gestuurde processen, het opzetten van dashboards voor forecast en actuals en het begeleiden van de innovatiefunnel van idee tot marktrijp product. Kandidaten werken nauw samen met afdelingsleiding en projectteams om prioriteiten te stellen en de realisatie van onderzoeks- en NPD-projecten op tijd en volledig te waarborgen. Het salaris ligt tussen €2.750 en €5.520 per maand.

Functie-inhoud:Als Performance en Efficiency Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maximaliseren van de productiviteit van de RD&I-organisatie door processen te verbeteren, resources te alloceren en projectresultaten te waarborgen.
  • Als Performance en Efficiency Manager ontwikkel je en bewaak je KPI's voor RD&I-performance en efficiency en stel je forecasts en realisaties tegenover elkaar.
  • Je plant en allocateert centrale RD&I-resources voor onderzoeks- en NPD-projecten en fungeert als gatekeeper van de innovatiefunnel.
  • Je identificeert en realiseert procesverbeteringen, prioriteert verbeterprojecten en volgt benefits en rendement van RD&I-investeringen op.
  • Je stelt dashboards en rapportages op voor capaciteits- en performance-management en stemt resourceplanning af met het leiderschap.
  • Je rapporteert over voortgang, stuurt bij waar nodig en borgt dat projecten on-time en in-full worden opgeleverd.
Functie-eisen:
  • HBO of WO-master in Innovatie, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in innovatiewerk of business improvement-omgevingen.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met project-, portfolio- en resource-management.
  • Analytisch vermogen en een data-driven aanpak voor forecast- en performance-analyse.
  • Ervaring met het opzetten van KPI's, dashboards en rapportages.
  • Sterke samenwerkings- en communicatievaardigheden richting multidisciplinaire teams en senior stakeholders.
