To fuel this next growth spurt, we're on the hunt for a Marketing Media Manager who can ensure our brands reach the right audiences at the right moments with maximum impact.

The opportunity
This is where media strategy meets real impact. As our Marketing Media Specialist, you'll orchestrate our entire media presence with one clear mission: growing brand awareness across every channel that matters. You'll be the architect of our media investments, ensuring every euro works harder and every placement amplifies our stories.

THE ROLE
You'll Be Responsible For

  • Creating and executing integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels
  • Managing substantial media budgets while maximizing ROI and brand impact
  • Leading negotiations with media agencies to secure optimal rates and placements
  • Analyzing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights
  • Advising on creative asset optimization for each media channel to maximize effectiveness
  • Being the go-to media expert for marketing and e-commerce teams
  • Partnering with B2C marketing to ensure seamless full-funnel customer experiences
  • Testing new platforms and formats while maintaining strategic focus
  • Supporting major campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments with targeted media plans

Experience
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Master's is a plus)
  • 5-8 years in media planning and buying, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Track record of managing significant media budgets across multiple channels
  • Strong relationships with media agencies and understanding of the media landscape
  • Fluent English, Dutch or German is a plus

  • Expert in both traditional and digital media planning
  • Data-driven decision maker who can spot opportunities in analytics
  • Strategic thinker who also loves hands-on execution
  • Natural collaborator who can influence at all levels
  • Curious about new media trends but grounded in what delivers results
