Taken die dagelijks voorbij komen:Telefonisch contact met klanten en collega'sAgendabeheer (plannen van inspecties voor onze inspecteurs)Uitwerken van offertes en opdrachtbevestigingenRedigeren van rapportenFacturatie in SAPKlantenbestand bijhouden in de digitale systemenOverige voorkomende werkzaamhedenWe zoeken iemand voor 32-40 uur per week.Kantoortijden liggen tussen 08.00 tot 17.00 uur met een halfuur lunchpauze.Wie ben je?Voor deze allround functie als Business Support Medewerker zoeken we een enthousiaste collega die makkelijk schakelt tussen de dagelijks terugkerende werkzaamheden en alle ad hoc zaken die voorbij komen.
