Leading the execution phase of management, maintenance, renovation, and/or construction projects in such a way that they are carried out safely, efficiently, on time, and in a controlled manner. The main responsibilities include:

• Preparing, organizing, and leading the activities on the construction site and/or projects to be executed;
• Monitoring cost developments on the construction site and checking the progress of activities according to the planning;
• Ensuring the assessment and acceptance of delivered work;
• Informing internal and external stakeholders about the progress of the construction process or project and coordinating activities, costs, and schedules;
• Preparing reports and evaluations and ensuring information delivery to the project leadership or manager;
• Compiling the 'construction site manual' and providing safety instructions;
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements;
• Ensuring the proper operational maintenance of the existing high voltage and telecommunications network.

• You have a higher professional/university level of work and thinking and a minimum of a completed higher professional education;
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a construction manager/(chief) executor/supervisor/site manager/site supervisor with complex infrastructural projects within a technical (project) organization, preferably with an electrical component. Candidates with experience in high voltage (HV) projects are strongly preferred;
• Preferably knowledge of KEB/BEI;
• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and are able to organize and plan activities effectively;
• Described by those around you as professional, environmentally conscious, decisive, and independent;
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English, both spoken and written;
• Other key traits that apply to you: anticipating, prioritizing, and predictability.
