Function Description

• Lead the full-cycle design of advanced offshore vessels-from concept to delivery.
• Engineer hydrodynamic and structural solutions that push the boundaries of performance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers across disciplines to bring bold ideas to life.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across projects.
• Engage directly with clients, shipyards, and suppliers to deliver world-class results.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in vessel design, preferably in offshore or specialized work vessels.
• Willing to commute to work at least 4 days a week.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
