At Icetubs, we're looking for a hands-on creator who can shoot, edit, and test paid ads that stop the scroll and drive results.

What you'll do

  • Shoot and edit short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram & Google.
  • Develop and test ad creatives with our Growth Marketing team.
  • Optimize hooks, formats, and visuals based on ad performance.
  • Design visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
  • Support occasional organic content shoots (≈20% of your time).

You are

  • 1–3 years into your career as a content creator or videographer.
  • Experienced with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut (or similar).
  • Obsessed with testing new trends, hooks, and ad styles.
  • Creative, proactive, and fast-moving. Comfortable working within clear guidelines but adding your own creative touch.
  • Excited to grow within a high-performance wellness brand.
