As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control within our manufacturing processes. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to upholding regulatory compliance.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:00PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality tests and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Follow established protocols for non-conforming product disposition and participate in root cause analysis investigations.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Uphold adherence to all regulatory standards and company quality policies.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or related industries.
  • Solid understanding of quality control procedures, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards is desirable.


Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in quality assurance is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality inspection role.
