Your role
You as a Graphic Designer, will be the visual engine of our team driving bold, disruptive creatives across a wide range of touchpoints. You'll develop key visuals, POS materials, flyers, and sales decks, all aligned with client branding and crafted to capture attention at every stage of the shopper journey.
Your work will be both strategic and hands-on: translating concepts into high-quality visual assets, retouching imagery, preparing print-ready files, and taking ownership of project execution with minimal oversight.
What you'll do
- Design campaign visuals, POS, promotional materials and client-facing decks (Powerpoint/PDF)
- Align creative with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Prepare accurate, press-ready artwork and PDFs for production
- Contribute to visual storytelling across shopper and sales touchpoints
- Take initiative and manage your own timelines and creative outputs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
- (Optional) Coordinate food styling and photography for campaign imagery
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of experience in a graphic design role
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, finished art)
- Experience in Microsoft suite focusing on Powerpoint
- Strong conceptual and visual thinking skills
- Ability to balance creative flair with practical design constraints
- Experience or interest in food styling and photography direction is a strong plus.
