Headquartered in the Netherlands, B2Press builds multilingual products, marketing systems, and operational tools used across Europe, Türkiye, MENA, and Asia. As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketing professional who can take ownership of growth and product-led marketing initiatives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist
who will drive user acquisition, support product growth and development, and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing operations.
This is a
hands-on role
, ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will work closely with product, marketing, and content teams to strengthen our product positioning, improve acquisition performance, and ensure our growth funnel runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, understands digital products, and can independently run acquisition and growth workflows in an international environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Growth Execution
- Plan, build, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop data-driven acquisition strategies to increase trial sign-ups and platform usage.
- Conduct keyword, search intent, and competitive analyses to support SEO and paid acquisition.
- Create high-performing ad messaging, value propositions, and campaign assets in collaboration with design/content teams.
- Manage CRM automation flows (activation emails, onboarding triggers, re-engagement sequences).
- Monitor acquisition, activation, and retention metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Shape and maintain product messaging, value propositions, and key differentiators across markets.
- Support go-to-market planning for new features, new countries, and product improvements.
- Analyze user behaviour to generate actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure marketing and product initiatives are aligned and data-backed.
- Build foundational product marketing documentation: messaging frameworks, persona insights, user motivations, and USP lists.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct competitive landscape studies and monitor changes in the global PR distribution market.
- Analyze target segments across multiple regions and industries to refine growth strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for market entry, product adoption, and channel expansion.
Operations & Reporting
- Track and report performance for all paid and organic channels.
- Manage analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, Hotjar, and Tag Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns, tracking, and messaging run consistently.
- Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
Education
Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or growth.
- Experience with SaaS, platforms, or international B2B products is strongly preferred.
Languages
- English
- Dutch (strong plus)
Core Skills
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, search intent, SEO fundamentals, and paid marketing.
- Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Tag Manager, GSC, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of product-led growth concepts and user behaviour dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in an international team.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to run projects end-to-end.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with CRM automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
