Are you looking for an internship where creativity, content, and concept development take centre stage? Do you love transforming bold ideas into powerful campaigns? Then this is your chance. As an intern at burobol, bol's in-house creative agency, you'll contribute to both large and small-scale projects like campaigns, activations and merchandise. With your fresh perspective and creative drive, you'll help surprise and inspire millions of bol customers.

Wat ga je doen?
As a Concept Creative Intern, you'll become part of burobol, our very own creative agency. This is where standout ideas are born, shaped, and brought to life. You'll work on creative concepts across the board: B2C, B2B, and internal communication. Together with producers, designers, copywriters, and other creatives, you'll collaborate on bold and inspiring campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

  • Concept development: Come up with creative ideas and develop them into full concepts for various projects
  • Visual & trend research: Spot and analyse trends in design, lifestyle, and tech to keep our concepts fresh and relevant
  • Art direction: Support the visual direction of campaigns and work closely with the team to ensure consistency and quality
  • Branding, visual design & interaction design: Apply your design knowledge in real-world projects focused on brand identity
  • Idea presentation: Translate your ideas into clear and compelling presentations

We're looking for someone with a sharp creative mind, a passion for storytelling, and an eye for visual communication. Are you driven, curious, and eager to learn? Then we'd love to meet you.

Invulveld

  • You're a 3rd or 4th-year student in a relevant creative study programme (e.g. Design, Art, Fashion, CMD, Art Direction, Visual Communication)
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
  • Affinity with image culture and how visuals come to life
  • Passionate about concept development and visual storytelling
  • Interested in scalability and the role of AI in creative processes
  • You're proactive, full of ideas, and a team player
  • A strong communicator in Dutch and English
