候选人将负责招聘需求的发现,协调欧洲各国的招聘需求,管理完整的招聘全流程,并具备同时处理多个紧急任务的能力。

岗位主要职责:

  • 招聘(欧洲业务为主)

  • 管理和支持欧洲岗位的完整招聘流程,包括职位发布、人才发现与需求分析、简历筛选、面试协调、反馈收集以及谈薪、 offer 准备与发放

  • 与各国业务管理者及办公室主任协调沟通,发现招聘需求并确保招聘流程高效顺畅
  • 协调欧洲各国家的招聘需求和资源配置,确保跨地区招聘计划顺利推进
  • 建立并维护候选人库,通过 LinkedIn、招聘网站、内部推荐等渠道获取人才
  • 维护招聘数据与报告,确保遵守公司政策及当地法规
  • 定期维护招聘预算及使用和调配情况,本着降本增效原则,合理使用外部招聘渠道资源

  • HR 项目

  • 参与 HR 项目,如入职流程优化、员工体验提升、EAP及人才市场分析等

岗位要求:

  • 1–3 年 HR、招聘或相关领域工作经验
  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、商科或相关专业优先
  • 对招聘和国际化 HR 管理充满兴趣,尤其是欧洲业务。有国际业务招聘经验优先
  • 熟练的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语),雅思7分或同等水平,掌握其他欧洲语言者优先
  • 能够同时处理多任务(multi-tasking),具备良好的协调能力和责任心
  • 注重细节,能够在快节奏、多文化环境中高效工作

HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Specialist with a primary focus on recruitment to support HR-related projects and talent acquisition efforts, with an emphasis on hiring for our European operations. This role will work closely with the HR team and offices across Europe.

It is well suited for someone passionate about recruitment, eager to grow in an international HR environment, and aiming to become a professional recruitment consultant or a future HRBP.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying hiring needs, coordinating recruitment requirements across European countries, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and handling multiple urgent tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment (primarily for European operations)

  • Manage and support the full recruitment cycle for positions in Europe, including job posting, talent sourcing and needs analysis, résumé screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, salary negotiation, and preparing and issuing offers.

  • Communicate and coordinate with business managers and office directors across various countries to identify hiring needs and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
  • Coordinate hiring needs and resource allocation across different European countries to ensure smooth progress of cross-regional recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline, sourcing talent through LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and other channels.
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Regularly review and manage recruitment budgets and resource allocation; use external hiring channels efficiently while optimizing cost-effectiveness.

2. HR Projects

  • Participate in HR projects such as onboarding process optimization, employee experience enhancement, EAP initiatives, and talent market analysis.
  • Assist in establishing and localizing HR practices for the European region, including policy localization and process optimization.
  • Support HR data analytics and help prepare written reports and approval documents for various stakeholders.
  • Engage in ad-hoc HR initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration projects.
  • Support culture-related activities across different offices, employee engagement efforts, and best-practice development.

3. HR Operations

  • Support new employee onboarding, training coordination, and HR documentation management.
  • Assist with maintaining employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with office management teams across Europe to handle HR administrative matters.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and international HR management, especially in European operations; experience in international recruitment is a plus.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); IELTS 7.0 or equivalent level preferred; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, with strong coordination skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
